Electrochemical cell sensor measures H2S and carbon monoxide levels in ppm, capillary-pore fuel cell measures oxygen in percent by volume, and catalytic bead combustible sensor measures explosive gases in percent LEL. Audio, visual, and vibration alarms alert simultaneously when ambient H2S, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and combustible gases reach preset low, high, TWA, or STEL levels. LCD screen shows up to four ambient gas concentrations, battery level, alarm condition, and the status of calibration, bump, and sensor self-tests. Integrated diaphragm pump allows for localized sampling of the atmosphere for more precise readings than those generated through diffusion.
